April Focus

We had spring fever in April, which means a desire to garden, spruce up our homes, and take advantage of the San Francisco sellers market. We started the month by exercising our green thumbs and featured a blog post about Gardening and Landscaping Tips for San Francisco Home Sellers. Gardening and landscaping in San Francisco can be tricky, which is why we outlined five tips to get home owners motivated.

For the rest of the month, we really honed in on our real estate expertise. We addressed Why You Should Find a Realtor with Specialization (hint: it's the key to getting the best return on your investment when buying or selling a home in San Francisco), and showcased a before and after example to highlight the benefits of staging.

We also published helpful information for home buyers, with blog posts on the home loan process and 3 ways to becoming a qualified home buyer. Successful real estate agents want to work with qualified buyers, which means that if you want to work with the top real estate agents, like the SFhotlist Team and Keller Williams San Francisco, then you should aim to become a qualified buyer. This is a win-win situation for everyone involved, as becoming a qualified buyer will benefit both you and the real estate agent.
