We had spring fever in April, which means a desire to garden, spruce up our homes, and take advantage of the San Francisco sellers market. We started the month by exercising our green thumbs and featured a blog post about Gardening and Landscaping Tips for San Francisco Home Sellers. Gardening and landscaping in San Francisco can be tricky, which is why we outlined five tips to get home owners motivated.
For the rest of the month, we really honed in on our real estate expertise. We also published helpful information for home buyers, with blog posts on the home loan process and 3 ways to becoming a qualified home buyer.
