During the month of May, we explored San Francisco real estate past and present. We chose one of our favorite neighborhoods — Noe Valley — and dug deep into the history of this tiny neighborhood and the impact it's had on San Francisco real estate. With stately Victorian and Edwardian houses, and a slower pace, it feels more like a village than a part of the urban core, which is one of the reasons Noe Valley real estate is constantly in high demand. As for San Francisco present, we examined the current trends in San Francisco real estate for 2018. The market shows continuous, steady, stable growth, and has done for the past four or five decades, and shows no signs of slowing down. It isn’t a bubble, it’s just a booming housing market. With the increased value from Silicon Valley, the prime location, and the beautiful oceanside climate, there are plenty of reasons why the San Francisco real estate market may never slow down.
