It is with huge sadness that we write this note to you, because we truly would not want to leave the unit and neighborhood. It has been the ideal place for us and words cannot express what a joy it has been to live here.  To begin with it does NOT get any better than Noe Valley.  My husband and I are born and raised San Franciscans that have visited and "inspected" every corner and crevice of San Francisco and we have come to the conclusion that Noe Valley is IT. Our neighborhood has the best of all worlds.  From the friendly community to the restaurants and boutiques to the close proximity to BART. For years we have enjoyed talking strolls down to the farmers market on 24th or simply down the street to grab breakfast at Toast (BEST BEST breakfast in town!!). Palm Trees in San Francisco?! Yep, located just two blocks away on Dolores St. Who would have thought. It is has brought us great pleasure to just stand on our front entrance and watch the joggers, strollers, and dogs pass us by-brings such a sense of relaxation and comfort.  You get a feeling of living in a tight knit community BUT YET we sit in the heart of San Francisco, 10 minutes away from downtown and 2 minutes away from the freeway.

Inside the walls of our home we have enjoyed just sitting in the living room and looking out the large window at the beautiful greenery.  The view can really put you in a daze.  The modern yet warm and comfy structure of our unit has been exactly what we needed as a family. The hardwood floors give it the clean and classic look we yearned, yet the carpet of the bedrooms make you feel extremely cozy. The light that enters the kitchen and living room are ideal.  The fact that there are TWO bathrooms in one unit have a made a huge difference (not to mention the husband and wife disagreements that have been avoided!)...Another huge benefit to us was the ease of getting to our unit.  After talking a quick walk to the produce and butcher shop -and making a pit stop to the legendary Mitchell's Ice Cream- just a few blocks away it was great to not have to climb a load of stairs with the groceries...Just a few steps and we were at our door.

We really could go on for days detailing out how ideal this floor plan is, but it will only reconfirm to us how sad we are to leave.  We hope that you as the next owner will appreciate and find the same happiness we did in our home.
