This is an important part of the process, since your agent will be working with you from start to finish and is the person who will be helping you find a place that you can call home!

Many home buyers are new to the Bay Area and are not aware of what their budget can afford or which neighborhoods suit their lifestyle. A real estate consultation will provide valuable information and save the home buyer a lot of time and energy from having to research that information on their own.
During the consultation, we will examine the current state of the market, discuss which neighborhoods will appeal to you, go over your budget so that we can choose the appropriate neighborhoods and houses, and discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
