On May 3rd, the sellers accepted an offer, reported to be in the $6,600,000 range.  The buyer: Children's Day School, which currently occupies 333 Dolores St. The space will be used for the Middle School, plus a large performance/gathering space that will be available for community groups as well as the school use...
